Machine Pitch ( ages 7 and 8 on May 1)
League Baseball ( ages 9 thru 18 on May 1 )

Girls League Softball (will be created if needed)

Registering with LUP for the FIRST TIME

All Participants

1. Completed registration form.
2. Payment of the sports fee.  Checks payable to LUPBGC

Additional requirements for League Play

3. A copy of the child's birth certificate.
4. A completed white card.** ( both sides )
5. A completed yellow card.**
6. A small photo of your child to fit on back of yellow card.

**The white and yellow card will be given to you once your registration is received.
