Our main goal is to allow children to play while we teach sports and sportsmanship and enable our team players to develop and utilize their skills in a safe and competitive atmosphere.

LUP teams in the Spotlight!
The 2007 13U Boys County Baseball Team won their league!
The 14 and Under Girls Fall County Soccer team finished the season 6-0-2 and won the County Championship.
The 10 and Under Boys Fall County Soccer team finished the season 7-0 to win National Division and County Championships. The team also was the runner up in the Beltsville BGC Harvest Tournament.
The 11 and Under Boys County AAA Basketball team finished the County season at 3-6. Last weekend they beat St. Ambrose's CYO team 29-26.

Revamping Club's Email Distribution List: We are revamping our club's email distribution list. If you wish to be included in our "revised" email distribution list, please send an email to: lupsports@comcast.net. If you are able to help with development, we sure could use it.

Important Reminders!!

All LUPBGC players must submit a registration form and payment! (Make checks payable to LUPBGC)
Soccer players should wear shin guards and soccer shoes!
All Players should bring water to all practices and games!
Parents of intramural players should stay for all practices and games
or make arrangements with a parent of another player. Coaches are not babysitters!
COACHES ARE VOLUNTEERS GIVING GENEROUSLY OF THEIR
TIME AND ENERGY – REMEMBER TO THANK THEM REGULARLY!

Intramural/Kindergarten Soccer– Introduction to soccer and 4v4 soccer for children in K-2 grades.

County Soccer - Boys and Girls Club league play for children 8 and up.

Football - Players participate in County League play with College Park Boys and Girls Club. Practices begin in August and the season ends in November. See Age and Weight Chart.

Basketball - Practice begins in November.

Tee Ball/Coach Pitch Baseball - Introduction to baseball for children in K-2 grades. 3rd grade boys play in CPBGC Coach Pitch League.

Baseball - Spring baseball for grades 4 and up.
